Terms of Service

1. Service Description & Scope

ServServ Technical Maintenance provides preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for complex industrial HVAC and plumbing systems. Our services include the use of cloud-based asset management tools for equipment monitoring and scheduled technical interventions.

All service engagements are defined by a separate, specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) which details the scope, response times, and deliverables for zero-downtime operations.

2. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information necessary for service delivery and to grant our technicians safe access to the relevant facilities and equipment.

• You will not misuse our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your facility meets the basic safety and operational requirements for our technicians to perform their work.
• Any interference with installed monitoring equipment may void service agreements.

3. Limitations of Liability

ServServ's liability is limited to the value of the service contract for the specific incident. We are not liable for:

• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from service delivery.
• Failures resulting from factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Pre-existing conditions in client equipment not disclosed prior to service commencement.

4. Intellectual Property

All cloud-based asset management tools, software, methodologies, and documentation provided by ServServ remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these tools solely for the purpose of receiving the contracted services.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv before resorting to litigation.
